All levels of fitness are welcome!! In the camp you will work on:
* Increasing your metabolism
* Improving posture and core strength
* Increase strength and endurance
* Burning more calories during your workouts


Normally a session with Leigh would cost £40 per hour....but in
 this camp you get a six week programme . Thats 12 group sessions for ONLY £120 total!!!


 

You can expect:

  • Progressive Personal Training in a small group setting over 6 weeks.
  • You will work with others to keep your motivation high.
  • You will learn how to get the most from your gym membership.
  • You will learn how to use proper technique to get the most out of your workout time
  • You will learn how to use nutrition and timed eating to reach your specific goals.
  • You will learn short interval training to get better results in less time.
  • You will get our on-line personal training system for at home support for the length of the boot camp (worth  £45)
