The session will include baseline measurements of fitness, goal setting, and devising an attainable action plan. For those times when you need extra help, we also offer an online personal training system to assist you in staying focused and motivated when at home. Personal Training Sessions
A regular personal training session in your home or office normally consists of a full-body workout, including warm-up, assisted stretching, a targeted workout to meet your goals, and core stability and strengthening.

5 Session Package
This package is the same as the start-up personal training package, but it is highly recommended for anyone who is unaccustomed to physical activity or would benefit from a tailored fitness plan being demonstrated more thoroughly.

10 Session Package
The individual who needs an extra boost of motivation and/or would prefer one-on-one instruction with a personal trainer throughout the first few weeks of his or her new fitness program should purchase this discounted personal training package.
