The scale did not even budge

Twice this week a prospective client asked me about scales and their weight loss endeavors.

" I workout and take two classes a week and my weight on the scales won't budge. Can you help me with this."

First I would say throw out the scale and get a full length mirror if you don't already have one.

Quick math question.

What if you started weighing 68kilos, and lost 3 kilos of fat and built 3kilos of muscle how much weight did you lose on the scale? Throw out the scale.

OK , around that time of the month how will your scale make you feel? (a little water retention?) Throw out the scale.
